YAAM has stood out for over a decade as Berlin’s preeminent venue for African and Afro-European artists, among others. Beyond the bold stages both indoor and out, YAAM also includes a Spree River bank beach party zone one one side, a food court with African and Caribbean tastes, and an annex house bar. Humanitarian Bazaar was glad to attend the latest show with DJ Alai K Disco Vumbi ft. J. Mungoy on percussion. Here is a closer look:
